This is the highest-end course using Echizen crab.We use plenty of fresh, meaty Echizen crab, which can be enjoyed grilled, sashimi, or boiled.Enjoy the freshness that can only be found in the area, including piping hot boiled crab.To finish off your meal, you can enjoy our popular Matsuda Seiko Bowl (half size) until January 10th only.

Seasonal sashimi, mozuku seaweed, crab sashimi, crab shabu-shabu, grilled crab, boiled crab, seikodon (half portion), pickles
This course allows you to enjoy Echizen crab to the fullest, cooked in four different ways and finishing with a Seiko bowl.
*Price is per serving.Reservations are accepted for 2 or more people.
*From January 10th, this will be changed to "Seiko Rice Porridge."
*We use one crab (approximately 800g) per person.
