Even during crab season, this menu is only available for two months, from November 7th to the end of December.Two whole female snow crabs (seikogani) are peeled and made into easy-to-eat pieces, and the crab meat, roe, and soto are cooked in plenty of crab shells and carefully arranged on top of rice that is packed with flavor.

This bowl replaces our famous Matsuda Seiko rice bowl! It features a whole snow crab weighing approximately 400g, carefully peeled and generously presented.The crab-flavored rice, made with a broth made from peeled crab shells, comes in a generous 500g serving, perfect for sharing.This hearty bowl of rice allows you to fully enjoy the delicious flavors of rich crab miso and plump crab meat.
